    Great recipe! Not too strong. Reduced everything in half to fill just one jar. Didn’t have jalapeño. To speed the pickling process, I lightly steamed the cauliflower and also some carrots (allowed to cool) before placing in jar.

    This turned out quite well. I did the recipe pretty much as written. Added sweet red bell pepper slices along with the jalapeno. The pickles took much longer to pickle in my cold refrigerator but are very good.
