    Yummy!! My family gobbled it up despite the fact that I only marinated the chicken for 45 minutes. I eased up on the Sriracha. Next time I will add the full amount because I didn’t taste much spice... although marinating it longer might spice it up a bit. I definitely plan on making this again soon!

    I made for my kids - left out siracha and used a little less curry powder. But it was delicious recipe.

    Fabulous. Like others, I used chicken thighs that I had in the freezer. I had a mix of skinless/boneless and regular. Both turned out equally well, but the boneless/skinless was easier to eat. I'll make this again and again. Thank you for this great recipe, it is such a great flavor!

    Turned out great! Put them in the oven for about 20 mins on 200 and they were so nice, will make again

    super yummy. i used just over a pound and a half of chicken thighs, with the same amount of marinade ingredients as the recipe called for. leaves me to wonder if the two limes would be overwhelming for just a pound of chicken. but the flavor was perfect - even eith just two hours marinating time! No grill, so i tossed these under the broiler for ~ 6 mins per side!

    It was wonderful, only had time to marinate for a couple of hours but it still turned out awesome.

    These were delicious and I do use corn oil and it is MORE healthy for you than most other oils. New research has been issued regarding this.

    I decided to double it the first time making it. I followed the recipe exactly. Marinated it overnight. My husband ,son and I loved it. I put it in my son's salad for lynch next day. Can't wait to make it again!!!

    Great recipe! I DO NOT use corn oil,( unless it was GMO free!!! and in this country proper labeling is prevented. Become informed! so better to buy organic! ) Regardless, I only use coconut, olive or grapeseed oils. Much healthier. I substituted red hot pepper for srarcha sauce to decrease sodium.
