Great, delivious, and simple to make. Tried it once with parsley garnish, but didn’t have any peas so we used frozen corn instead. Probably not as good as with the peas though, so will definitely try again once we buy peas.

This is actually pretty yummy! I did add one tablespoon of garam in addition to the one tablespoon of curry powder. I think that addition of spices really boosted the flavor. I also simmered the dish for 20 min to deepen the flavor. I think the dish needed something creamy. I didn't have any yogurt so I substituted with sour cream and oh my gosh! delicious! If you don't add the sour cream it is still a yummy dish though.

Delicious! Added garbanzo beans in addition to peas and tomatoes! My daughter loved it! So it’s a keeper!

Wonderful and tasty! I added mushrooms because I didn’t have peas. I also used garam masala (about twice as much what the recipe called for)

Used fresh tomatoes and added a splash (or more) of cream at the end, turned out great!

I used garam masala and it tasted great. I also added carrots for more veggies. There wasn’t much “sauce” so I added some coconut milk and chicken broth. Great base recipe to use and make changes to accommodate different tastes.

My 2-year-old son has 3 helpings!! Blown away at how much he loved this. We will have to make again. There were layers of flavor. My husband and I added Siracha to spice it up, but it was the perfect spice for the kiddos.
