    Very good! I only had one boneless chicken breast so I cut the dressing amounts in half. I used chopped pecans instead of cashews and dried cranberries instead of raisins. I left the celery out completely but Only because I didn’t want to purchase a whole head of celery for one rib. Great Sunday lunch!
