    It tastes good before putting it into the fridge to absorb more flavors so I'm sure it will taste good after. My one issue is the total time should absolutely include the four hours of fridge time so people don't expect this to be done in just a few minutes. If I hadn't read the full recipe before planning on making this, it wouldn't have had enough time to rest before I wanted to eat it.

    Great! We are just learning about curry. I adjusted the curry and turmeric to 3/4's of a tablespoon.
