Very fragrant and full of spice. It is good, but the recipe must be played with based off of taste preferences. I used the whole recommendation for all the powders and it was slightly overwhelming.
I did need to add extra oil because the powders make the onions dry and they cannot cook without any wetness in the pan.
I traded the pepper for serrano peppers (4 smallish redish ones) and wish I added more for the spicey kick.
