Came out great maybe a bit salty. I substituted corn starch with 3 tablespoons of flour. And broth by adding 1 1/2 cup of water and 1 tbsp of soy sauce

This dish was delicious!!! Just the right mix of pungent spices. The chopped potatoes made the recipe with their taste and texture. I’ll make this again soon.

It was a too spicy for my family and they love curry but this is very strong. My daughter who is 6 wasn't able to eat it and she is a very good eater with all sorts of food. If you love strong spicy curry I would say you found the right recipe.
