- 1 pkg. Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 10 oz. couscous (plain)
- almonds (optional)

Directions
- Bring water and next 4 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 2 minutes. Stir in couscous then remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff couscous with fork before serving. Garnish with slivered almonds and chopped fresh parsley. Your taste buds will thank you for this!

it was delicious. i will add 1/4 tsp more of the curry powder and 1/2 cup of raisins
