- 3/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce (Chinese ground, I use Sambal Oelek)
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder (Indian)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 pinches sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (separated)
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 bunches bok choy (chopped in large pieces, with stem and leaves separated)
- 1 carrots (peeled, chopped, and sliced into skinny strips about 2 inches long, cut the carrot diagonally into long ovals and cut those ovals into thirds the long way)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 lb. noodles (Wumu dry, medium size)
- 1/8 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 beaten eggs
