Wow!!!! Easy peasey recipe!!! I didn’t have cauliflower so I used zucchini, broccoli and onions. I sautéed my onion first as we like them that way. Added MORE curry ( who doesn’t like curry?) Oh and I toasted some pine nuts and added as a lite topping. My girl says that the pine nuts are essential!

This recipe was very easy to make. I used zucchini and mushrooms instead
of the broccoli and cauliflower. It was delicious. I will make this again.

This is a super quick and easy recipe. Also, it's delicious!! It literally took me 10 minutes to chop veggies and put it all together and I just used whatever I had. Would definitely make this again!
