  • 1/2 cup orange juice (I used blood orange)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • 1 shallot
  • 1 1/4 cups black lentils (cooked, *, I used beluga)
  • yogurt
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 handful cashews (toasted and chopped)
