- 2 sweet potatoes (large, peeled and cubed into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 6 shallots (peeled and quartered)
- 2 Granny Smith apples (small, or 1 large, peeled, cored, and quartered)
- 12 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups wild rice (cooked according to package directions)
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 4 sausages (chicken-apple, feel free to substitute any sort of sausage here quartered lengthwise and diced)
