- 1 bunch spinach (washed and shredded)

- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 clove garlic
- fresh ginger (to taste)
- 2 tsp. curry powder (or your favorite curry seasoning)
