- 15 oz. pumpkin (can unsweetened, unseasoned, NOT pumpkin pie mix!)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- 1 apple (large, peeled, cored and diced)

- 3 cups water (stock or milk of your choice, I prefer almond milk)
