- 6 cups stock (vegetable, chicken, not-chicken)

- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric (optional, I was out but would have used it otherwise for a gorgeous color)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 handful kale (torn into small pieces)
- 2 cups button mushrooms (small)
- 1 cup coconut milk (NOT sweetened)
- salt (to taste)
