  • 1 can organic coconut milk (blended - just throw it in a blender for 10 seconds, it works way better.)
  • 4 ounces red curry paste (I used Thai Kitchen)

  • 1/2 avocado (per serving)
  • 3 cups cauliflower rice (but feel free to serve with any kind of rice)
