- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (grassfed, or any type of beef hamburger.)
- 1 can organic coconut milk (blended - just throw it in a blender for 10 seconds, it works way better.)
- 4 oz. red curry paste (I used Thai Kitchen)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 avocado (per serving)
- 3 cups cauliflower rice (but feel free to serve with any kind of rice)
