- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup flour (choice, unbleached all purpose, whole wheat, or gluten free)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil (for pan frying)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1/4 cup water (filtered)
- 1 lime (juiced, about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
