Turned out great... put a little lemon pepper seasoning in the batter mix and it was really good

Turned out delicious. Be forewarned though. The more jalapeno and cayenne pepper, the hotter the sauce will be. I bought a jalepino and may have put too much in. The taco was a little too spicy for us. And learned the hard way just how smokey oil over the stove top can be. Other than that, you had the crunch of the fish, the crunch of the cabbage, and the spiciness of the sauce. I still enjoyed it.
