- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 12 oz. beer (choice, or broth if you don't like to cook with beer)
- corn tortillas
- slaw (Cabbage, I use a simple recipe like this one)
- crumbled cheese
- salsa
- avocados
- sour cream
