Very fast, easy and tasty -- especially if you like a little spice. It was my first time cooking fish and this turned out perfectly.

The cumin was a bit strong for my tastebuds, but it was still pretty delicious.

really good, went by the recipe mostly, I didn't have cumin and parsley like i thought so i replaced with oregano and cilantro, I've never cooked fish before and the texture turned out pretty good

Quite tasty...and relatively simple recipe (key for me)! I didn’t have lemon pepper, so I looked up a substitute. Turns out you just mix together dried lemon peel (fresh lemon zest is better, but I was on my last lemon), salt, and pepper! I used cilantro for the herb at the end because that’s all I had. I had to figure out what to do with sole, and this recipe did the trick!

Had this with haddock. Spice mix was quite nice with mild fish I don't know how well it would work with a stronger tasting one. I'll likely have it again and stick to the bland white fish.

Great. I followed the directions to a T, it was super simple, light, and delicious. Served with wild rice and corn!
