- 250 grams plain flour
- 2 cups oil (for deep frying)
- 75 grams shredded coconut (in dried forms from grocer)
- 20 grams dried shrimps
- 75 grams shallots
- 2 lemongrass stalks (– finely chopped)
- 10 pieces dried chillies (– washed and soaked)
- 1/4 tsp. coriander seeds (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. fennel (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 10 grams galangal
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (to taste)
- 200 mL coconut cream
- salt (to taste)
