Excellent simple salad, especially for dinner on a hot summer evening. I might turn up the sweetness in the vinaigrette next time.

Just ok. this was kind of bland. I recommend chopping the cucumber instead of thin slices. Mixes better and easier to eat.

It turned out really nice. But I added plain greek yogurt and a little apple cider vinegar. It was a hit to my family.

Very good! I didn’t have a red onion at the time so that was omitted. But it was a great accompaniment to my Mediterranean chicken and hummus

refreshingly tasty salad.. it's light and tastes very good.. my first time to ever taste dill..I'll definitely make it again and pair it with anything grilled... yummly!!

Great recipe. I cut the dill to almost half wish I had done that with the sugar. A little sweet for my taste. I will do that next time. Also, I was out of red wine vinegar so I used white vinegar and I worked fine

Quick and easy! I've made a second batch with a little less dill and sugar. I also added a can of drained and rinsed large black olives. YUM~Amy M
