The salad turned out great! I added avacoda, mushrooms and black olives. I even added some vinegarette to the olive oil with some Mediterranean pink sea salt and a package of sweet & low to make a flavorful dressing and it was wonderful.

This recipe is easy and yummy. I also substituted balsamic vinegar for rice vinegar and basil for the dill and turned out great.
