pretty bland. not overly impressed with original recipe. Had to bump it up. that being said, this recipe can serve as a good base for your own spin on cucumber salad

I really liked this dish. I didn't have any issues with this recipe. Didn't need to add anything. The kids even liked it.

Delicious!! I modified with 1 cucumber, fresh dill (2 Tbsp), and reduced oil and vinegar to 1 Tbsp each, added 1/8 tsp celery salt.

Very tasty. Like others, I added a small bit of salt and pepper. Next time I might also reduce the dill a little.

Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. In my opinion, the salt brought the recipe from 3 stars to 5. However, giving this 3 stars because as written, it's kind of bland.

Super easy. I always salt my cucumbers an hour before I add the vinegar to allow some of the water to come out of the cucumbers. Otherwise, I followed the recipe and allowed the cucumbers to pickle for about an hour in the fridge before enjoying

It was amazing! I didn’t have red onion so I used yellow and it was fine family loved it!!

Subbed white balsamic vinegar since that was what I had on hand. Very refreshing and simple salad. Definitely will make again!!

great salad, i added capers and actually used my own tart dressing (girards champagne dressing). quite delicious and i had compliments!
