loved it!!! i chopped the cucumber and mix it with the tuna but OMG it was amazing!!!

loved them! quick and easy to do. one can of tuna for about half of a decent sized cuccumber. really good appitizer. looking forward to making it a summer pot luck staple.

Pretty good, but I used avocado mayo instead of yogurt, no hot sauce, and only regular Heinz yellow mustard. The children put the cucumber/tuna mixture on sandwich buns and enjoyed it more that way. It did kind of lack in taste a bit without the hot sauce, but I can't do any kind of spicy food, so that wasn't an option. Next time, I'll try adding a few other things to see if that makes it more flavorful. (Perhaps raw avocado instead of only avocado mayo?)

Deleted the hot sauce and greek yogurt and replaced with low fat mayo as my family does not like hot sauce or Greek yogurt. Next time I want to use avocado in place of mayo.
