Used Campari tomatoes, whole English cucumber, tsp dried parsley, tsp sugar, Tuscan olive oil and lemon white balsamic vinegar. Delicious. Next time will add chunk cheese. One of these: Cheddar/mozzarella balls/havarti

This salad is fantastic! My whole family loves it and it stores in the fridge for 3-5 days if we don't eat it all first. During the summer it is very refreshing and in the winter is a nice way to get those veggies in. We eat it all year long. I personally like it best the next day, if you can wait that long.
