- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill (packed ,roughly)
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 English cucumber (large, thinly sliced, these lay on top of the Lemony Dill Spread once the sandwiches are assembled; slice when you're ready to assemble the sandwiches)

- 1 cucumber (medium, peeled, seeded, & finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 English cucumber (large, thinly sliced, these lay on top of the Chunky Cucumber Spread once the sandwiches are assembled; slice when you're ready to assemble the sandwiches)
- 1 cucumber (medium, peeled, seeded, & finely chopped)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (medium, finely chopped)
- 1 large carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 16 slices sandwich bread (Approximately 12 to ,good-quality, such as Pepperidge Farm for open-faced or closed tea sandwiches)
- 30 slices sandwich bread (Approximately 24 to ,good-quality, for triple-decker tea sandwiches)
