- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (if using unsalted beans)
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 2 slices gluten-free bread (or sprouted grain, lightly toasted if desired)
- 4 Tbsp. white bean (Turmeric, Spread)
- 4 English cucumber (long thin slices)
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 slices red onion (if desired, optional)

I like it! Spread came out a bit on the runny side, so I'll use less water the next time I make it. But the sandwiches were tasty and I used the leftover spread as a dipping sauce for other leftovers throughout the week.
