- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 pinch salt (and black pepper)

Excellent. This is a great summer salad. I would make it often if the garden veggies were year around.
