- 3 Tbsp. Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (stirred)
- 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. red bell pepper (chopped)

Directions
- CUT portion of cucumber into eight 3/4-inch thick rounds. Remove centers with spoon or small melon ball scoop until thin layer of cucumber remains in bottom.
- STIR together peanut butter and mayonnaise. Fill center of cucumbers with mixture using melon ball scoop. Top with pieces of red pepper.

To me this combination does not work at all. None of my guests liked it and I didn't enjoy it either
