Very cucumbery, but good on a hot day after a long bike ride. I added smoked salt flakes to the top.

Needed a liquid to help mix in the blender. Additionally, the taste was acquired. I got to finally put my leftover avocado to use, though!

Surprisingly good, light, and tasty. Added raw carrots and raw onions to blender too and topped with sprouted pumpkin seeds.

Yummly used to be better. Too many questions and clicks now to get to a desired recipe.

Delicious. I blended some dill and green onions in with it and it was cool and creamy and refreshing

It was fabulous!! I used it as a pasta sauce and as a salad dressing! It's full of flavor and I can't wait to try it out as a dip at parties!!

This is quite salty and sour. I would cut the salt and lemon in half. I would definitely make it again; it's refreshing!
