I had a bunch of left over pot roast gravy and just needed the dredging and cook time etc. but it worked out nicely, cooked the steaks and onion in the oil like the directions. Made a roux with the pan and added my leftover pot roast gravy to the pan to warm up with the steaks and onions. Worked out great.

Definitely a win, will make again. Hubby said he could eat this one a week.

Turned out really good! I was afraid that the steak would be kind of bland since the recipe didn’t call for a lot of seasonings, but the gravy really helped balance everything out. Definitely will make this recipe again

Terrific! The steaks were wonderful, the gravy was flavorful, but a tad bit salty. I made my own beef broth, and should have used less base. I served it with homemade mashed potatoes and broccoli. If using leftover potatoes, or instant, total cook time would be under 20 minutes. I'll definitely make this again
