This recipe was stupid easy. My fiance despised mushrooms up until this recipe and asked for more on her steak. This will be a regular meal plan for our kitchen.

I added minced garlic when cooking the onions. I also ran out of corn starch so I made the gravy with flour and broth. It was perfect. Make sure you cook cube steak as directed so it doesn’t get tough.

We really enjoyed this and it was quick to make! Always a plus the gravy was very tasty. Will definitely prepare this again

Everything except for the cube steak was really good. The cube steak was under seasoned and tough.
