I’ve made this several times and sometimes even double the recipe. Haven’t changed anything. Leftovers the next day are even better.

Delish every time! Added a bit more tomato sauce and dried cilantro since I didn't have fresh. Even better the second night!

Have made this twice now and absolutely love it. I didn't use olives as I absolutely hate them.
Also for vinegar I used balsamic as that was all I had and some pickle juice from a jar of gherkins. It tasted fabulous:))
