Very good. Less vinegar added a touch of lime.
When served over rice a sprinkle of fresh chopped onion a must. Killed it next to my Cuban roast pork and yucca. 😋

this recioe doesn't call out how much water is supposed to be in the pot. because of this I went with way to kuch water and it didnt have a lot of flavor.
