Delicious and simple to prepare. I make this often and it never fails to please.

Adjusted this for 9 people and it turned out great! Did not have the amount of white wine on hand so I used reduced sodium chicken broth and it all worked out well. I also used about 28 chicken drumsticks as I did not have a couple of birds. I have made this a few times now and it never fails to please! A side note, given I was cooking for two people with heart disease, I placed the olives and cappers in water (changing every hour) for three hours which helped bring down the sodium level and it worked great.
