    This had great flavor. I can’t eat beans, so I excluded those and used half chicken broth for the liquid.

    I tripled the recipe and made it in a tall stock pot. The liquid was so thick that the bottom burned while the rice on top was still hard. Had to throw it out.

    An awesome dish with lots of flavor.

    Turned out Great! I didn’t cook it all the 45 minutes because it would’ve burned. I also sautéd the rice and herb mix until my rice was white. I make Mexican red rice and that’s how you get un mushy rice. Used some hot Spanish paprika for a little kick. My hunny and kids loved it! Btw this recipe can feed like 6 grown men!
