Awesome! We put more maple syrup in then listed. Next time I would add a third table spoon. Also we used lime juice instead of vinegar.

Great instructions, absolutely yummy. I used vegetable broth instead of water. Will make again!

The rice had loads of flavor. Have made twice now. Delicious with Cuban flank steak.
