Made this last night; was very good. Had some real bite in regard to the spices. I doubled the spice mix to cover the chops, but it was not enough to cover the 3rd chop (and it calls for 4 chops) So I would make again, but if you make it.... kick up the amount of the spice mix. Served it with asparagus risotto and that was a perfect fit. Ciao !!

This is the first meal I have ever made and followed actual measuring amounts etc in my life and it was great. The combination of all ingredients really complemented eachother! Definitely going to make again and highly recommend to anyone!!!

Just the right amount of flavor and heat (from the spice rub). Topped with avocado and cilantro give it a professional look, and nice texture. We will put this on our dinner list again.

They turned out really well, except I cooked them until they reached 160 degrees. pork freaks me out. I wanted it done well.

Was terrific. Used 2 boneless pork chops instead of the 4 as I'm cooking for 1 now. However, the oven time took longer then expected because it boneless I used the shortest time. Instead of straight paprika I used smoked paprika. It didn't seem to matter as far taste is concerned but I did use 2 gentle shakes of cayanne pepper. Next time only 1 shake. I believe the spiciness overwhelmed the smoked paprika. I will certainly make it again.

delicious. a hint of sweet but really tasty when paired with something a little salty.
