It was pretty bland going off the recipe. But after adding more of the brine and spices, it was pretty good. I liked the raisins and the olives.

This is magnificent! My wife is not a big meat eater, but the flavors in this make her request this meal often.

I have made this several times. I substitute 1/2lb ground beef for chorizo for some extra spice. It comes out great every time.

I was born in Cuba and raised on cuban cusine. The meal was ok this version is the mediocre version. Move on to the next one. Don't waste your time.

The recipe is easy and has good flavor but I didn’t find it fantastic. It was decent but I probably won’t find myself making it again.

Super yummy! I'm going to try it with ground turkey next time. Even my husband who doesn't like olives or capers loved it!
