  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons table wine (good red)
  • 1 packet sazon seasoning (goya, with culantro and achiote)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to suit your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (cayanne)
  • 1 large egg (with a little milk for egg wash.)
