Amazing! Sautéed red pepper, green pepper and garlic to add color and flavor. Added more spinach and a little less cheese. Delicious!

I made this but added Turkey sausage, mushrooms and garlic boy did it turn out delicious. I also made it cupcake pan so i can freeze and pull out whatever i want one.

I eat this everyday for breakfast I do add mushrooms and garlic and onions and season to my specific palate I don’t have to fool with a crust which I leave on my plate anyway so great job on the recipe

I used fresh spinach which i wilted while sautee o ion . added garlic as well as nutmeg. Finished product disappeared quickly! Folks were looking for more! will make again ♡

My turned out delicious however I did tweak it a bit by adding an extra egg and some cream I had left over in the fridge. I also added some nutmeg, sweet paprika and a pinch of cayenne... you could barely taste the cayenne so maybe next time I’ll add some more to give it a little extra kick.
