Enjoyed this recipe very much with a hand full of spinach, 1 cup of shredded cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella to have 2 cups shredded cheese.

Really good! I used 10 eggs in a bit deeper dish but had yo add 20 to time. I also added tablespoon oregano, small onion and cup of sauteed spinach.
