My friend group has a plethora of dietary restrictions (someone allergic to dairy, another is sensitive to gluten, another is keto, another is allergic to coconut, shellfish, and eggplant, another gets migraines from chocolate, etc…) so coming up with meals or desserts everyone can eat is quite the feat! I was so happy to find a recipe that works for all of us! It’s very tasty! I found the nutmeg a bit too strong, so I’ll be halving it best go around. I’m thinking I might try it with a crust just to see how it goes, but it really is nice regardless.
