Awesome they’re great for breakfast on the go or if you’re trying to watch your portions I’m terrible at that and these help

These little quiches are delicious and portable... great to take on the boat for morning. They were a bit wet when they were still warm but are great the next day. I might put them in muffin papers next time for easier cleanup.
