Fantastic! Now keep in mind that I made a few modifications bc of ingredients on hand (and wanted to add some greens). I substituted 2 TBLs of sour cream for the heavy cream. I also added about a half cup of arugula and half teaspoon of smoked paprika to add greens and a different flavor. Greased pan w bitter and did not use parchment paper. Other than that, followed the recipe. Thx. I will fix again. My done recommended that next time I also add sausage so I will add That too next time. Oh, also pls provide ability to switch to English instead of metric.
