- 1 cup sugar snap pea (thinly and diagonally-sliced)
- 1 cup radishes (sliced into half-moon shapes)
- 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional, but if you're a cilantro fan I would use it)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. splenda
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic puree (crushed)
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil (Asian)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger purée (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha (or more)
- 1/3 cup mayo (or light mayo)
