- 3 leaves romaine lettuce (spinach, or arugula, or a mixture of the three)
- broccoli sprouts

- matchstick carrots
- zucchini
- cucumber
- purple cabbage (– Roughly chopped)
- 1 avocado (mashed)
- 2 mangoes (chopped into cubes)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro (coriander)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (finely chopped)
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
- 1 pinch salt (or homemade celery “salt”, dehydrated celery)
