Recipe of the salad it self is good, the dressing recipe didn't seem right with the amount of sesame oil that is super dominant and overpowering even when reduced 1/6 of original thus added more sriracha.

This was insanely good! This is a keeper & I'll make it over & over again. The flavor of the dressing just pops in your mouth & all the fresh veggies combined with the quinoa was healthy & delish. I cooked some monkfish & drizzled a little of the dressing over the top too. YUM!

Excellent. I was worried it would be too much dressing but it was perfect. I did not use siracha. And I used a cranberry/pear balsamic instead of honey. Nomnomnom

Very yummy! I have a friend that's gluten intolerant - he's also a bit picky - and he liked it so much he took some leftovers home. I'll be making this again. the only thing I changed was that I did 4Tbsp of sesame oil & 2Tbsp of sesame chili oil. It added a nice little kick at the end :)

Made for work lunches - really looked forward to lunch every day! Delicious, good variety of flavours, and wonderful texture.
