Very simple but very tasty. Can't disagree with the other reviews chicken stayed moist and everyone loved it.

The chicken cooked really well and remained moist while the outside was crunchy. I added a little more parmesan than the recipe called for since I really like parmesan and I added in about a tablespoon of lemon juice to the egg. Recipe was easy to follow and I will for sure be using this one again!
